He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver H. Frey Jr. and Patricia D. McKinney Frey. He is survived by: his daughter Alison Meyer of Virginia; and his siblings, Andrew P. Frey (Sue) of Virginia, Sandra A. Crone (Donald) of Abbottstown and Deborah L. Baumgardner (Barry) of New Oxford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc. (311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
