He is survived by: his mother Esther; his brothers, Nate, George and Doug; his wife Wendy Meredith; his sisters, Wendy (Steve) and Cassandra (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kali, Mason, Ayden, Grayson and Camdyn; and also Holly Fields. He is also survived by step-son, Matthew Meredith, PA, his uncles, cousins, several nieces & nephews, in-laws.
