He was predeceased by: his brother Merle Bair; and his parents, Margaret M. Bair, (Brady) and Reuben A. Bair, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis V. Bair (Murren); his children, Cynthia Murphy (Jim Bockin), Carolyn Whitehurst (William), Catherine Kirby (Paul), Thomas Bair (Donna) and Timothy Bair (Donna); his brother Robert Bair (Mildred); and his sister-in-law Gloria Bair. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren.
