He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton H. Miller and Hattie M. Miller (Garrett); his wife Mary J. (Smith); and his brother Richard W. Miller. He is survived by: his children, Stephen J. Miller (Laura) of Hanover, PA, Michael G. Miller (Elaine) of Hanover, PA and Deborah A. Barnes (Robert) of Hanover, PA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
