She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Clouser and Hilda Clouser (Frock); her husband Clyde J. Gotwalt; her daughter-in-law Jacqueline H. Gotwalt; and her siblings, Earl Clouser, David Clouser, Annamae Abbott, Roma Gage and Betty Druck.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Gotwalt of Glenville, PA and JoAnn M. Werner (Keith) of Spring Grove, PA; and her grandchildren, Zachary Werner, Aubri Werner and Brooke Gotwalt.
