He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Millhimes and Ed Millhimes; and his siblings, Jimmy, Russell Millhimes, Mary Walter and Josie Tawney.
He is survived by: his close friend Charlie Kane; his brother-in-law Babe Steinhour; his daughter Sherri Bell (Millhimes); his grandchildren, Eric Horstick, Amber Bromley and Alicia Bishop; and his siblings, Jack Millhimes, Betty Sreinhour, Helen Sneeringer and Janet Boyd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
