He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Blum and Agnes M. Blum (Brengle); and his sister Marylou Blum. He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Blum; and his children, Ravena Blumara (Tyler Schwartz) of Grass Valley, CA, Theresa Hughes of Baltimore, MD, Jennifer L. Hess (Matthew) of Spring Grove, PA and Jason E. Hahn (Ryan) of Sykesville, MD. He is also survived by four granddaughters; two great grandchildren; many loving extended family members and friends.
