Kemper of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Bridges and Opal Bridges (Barber); and her husband Eugene M. "Geno" Kemper. She is survived by: her children, Melissa A. Plank (Jason) of Hanover, PA, Teresa Baile (Mark) of Finksburg, MD, Christopher L. Whited (Amy) of Hanover, PA and Philip Whited (Amy) of Parker, CO; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Travis, Gage, Gabriel, Landon and Griffin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Peggy to Bethel Assembly of God, 2075 Fish and Game Road, Littlestown, PA 17340.
