He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Jacoby; and his parents, Leroy Jacoby and Miriam Jacoby (Anthony). He is survived by: his sons, Ray Jacoby (Monica Keefer) and Steven Jacoby (Pamela Schwensen); his stepgrandchildren, Cullen and Tim; his siblings, Donald Jacoby and Joyce Markle; and his close friend Barb Gault of Spring Grove.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines and in compliance with health and public safety directives, those attending the viewing will be required to wear masks and social distance.
