He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Keeney Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth Wetzel Keeney; his children, Paul Keeney III and Denise Keeney; and his siblings, Bernard Keeney Sr. and Lillian Keeney.
He is survived by: his significant other Linda L. Harman; his son Jerry Keeney (Peggy); his stepdaughter Tina Groft; his granddaughters, Jennifer Keeney and Nicole Prater (Robert III); his great grandchildren, Dashiell Jorgenson, Ivy Keeney, Natalie Prater and Robert Prater IV; and his siblings, Bernnest Calvert, Eleanor Runkles and Calvin Keeney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home (404 S Main St, Frederick, MD 21798). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
