She was predeceased by: her husband David J. "Dave" Heese; and her parents, Harry V. Brown and Betty M. Brown (Regan). She is survived by: her daughter Frances Heese Appold; her son-in-law Donald Appold of Hanover; and her brothers, Jim Brown (Susan) of Herndon, VA, Dennis Brown (Joan) of Bethesda, MD, Robert Brown of Baltimore, MD and Michael Brown (Martha). She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
