He is survived by: his wife Dolores Mary (Kapp); his sons, Noel A. Cervino, Jr. of St. Inigo's, MD and David W. Cervino of Parkton, MD.; and his grandchildren, Noel Philip, Leigh Anne, Michael and Ryan.
