It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Fralick Smith of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smith and Mary Fralick Smith; his wife Helen L. Johnson Smith; and his siblings, Mary Fleming, Janet McDonald, Edward Smith, Dorothy Leslie and Virginia Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Berwager (Barry), Margaret Severns (Shawn), Susan Schultz (Brett), Neil Smith, Jr. (Laura) and Michael Smith (Andrea); his grandchildren, Nick Groft, Molly Berwager, Alex Berwager (Katie), Jason Zepp (Rachael), Jeremy Zepp (Laura), Ashton Severns (Brittany), Gavan Schultz (Monroy-Smith), Kit, Ruby Smith, Ben Smith and Penny Smith; and his great grandchildren, Keegan, Kohan, Lana, Dylan and Mia.
