She is survived by: her children, Timothy Bair (Terri) of Augusta, GA, Edward Bair (Jana-Lee) of North Port, FL, Dean Bair (Sarah) of Bloomington, NY and Connie Mae Bair (David Mescher) of Trenton, MI; and her siblings, Charles Koontz, Jr. (Ike) of Virginia, Mildred Dehoff of Maryland, Ruth Rucker of Pennsylvania and David Koontz of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 26 great grandchildren.
