She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman O. Heiner and Kathleen V. Heiner (Martin); her former husband Robert L. Zeigler; her daughter Pamela Noel; her stepdaughter Deborah Moyer; and her sister Norma Alwine.
She is survived by: her husband Donald B. Eltz; her sons, Stephen Zeigler (Patricia) of Ocean Pines, MD, Jeffrey Zeigler (Karen) of Hanover and Gregory Zeigler (Vicki) of Hanover; her stepdaughter Kimberly Luckenbaugh of Hanover; and her siblings, Jean Tully of New Oxford and Barron Heiner of Westminster, MD. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many loving great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
