She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome E. "Jet" Thomassy; her parents, Harold E. Ditzler and Martha A. Smith Ditzler; and her sisters, Angela Lehman and Joan Kuhn.
She is survived by: her children, Scott E. Thomassy (Dolly) of York, Lisa C. Smith (Michael) of Ocean City, MD and Brian C. Thomassy of Hanover; her grandchildren, Joshua E. Timmins, Jenna N. Marsteller, Emily C. Smith, Jessica L. Thomassy, Hailey E. Smith, Madelyn P. Rinehart and Jonathan S. Thomassy; and her siblings, Margaret Zumbo, Benedict Ditzler, Madeline Small, Anita Klunk, Marie Saghy and Mary Clabaugh. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
