He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Calvin Richarts and Geraldine Louise Berwager (Yingling). He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Wulforst (Pete) of Hampstead, MD and Beverly Klinedinst (Bruce) of Hanover, PA.; and his nephew E. Wayne Kopp.
