It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle C. Collins of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Jonesville, Virginia, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Rosemary Collins (Higgs); and his parents, Shirley Collins and Pearl Crockett. He is survived by: his children, Shari Kruger of Hanover, Greg Covington of Sykesville, Tim Collins of Hanover and Rusty Collins of Hanover. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Contributions in Merle's name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
