He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Ruth and Oberita Ruth (Gotwalt). He is survived by: his wife Rose M Ruth (Geisler); his children, Celena C. Ruth (Melissa) of McSherrystown, Brian E. Ruth (Christina) of Knoxville, TN and Tracy L. Miller (William) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Carl, Gabriel, Allison, Micah, Devan and Matthew; his siblings, Mike Ruth, Pete Ruth (late Greta), Bill Ruth and Shirley Keefer (Mike); and his pet Lovie. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
