We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2022, at the age of 61, Mark Steven Phillips Sr. of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Phillips and Janet Kessel Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Steven Phillips, Jr. of Spring Grove and Andrew James Phillips (Jamie) of Hanover; his granddaughters, Adalynn and Madalynn Phillips; his sister Wendy Phillips of Spring Grove; and his half-brother Barry Lane (Sharon) of Baltimore. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
