She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Weaver and Marie C. Weaver (Breighner); her husband Donald G. Warner, Sr.; her son Donald G. Warner, Jr.; and her sisters, Geraldine, Dolly and Rita.
She is survived by: her daughter Rose Marie Smith of York Springs, PA. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
