She was predeceased by: her parents, George Worley and Grace N. Worley (Jones); and her sister Brenda McCormick. She is survived by: her husband John William Gladfelter of Hanover; her son Randy A. Gladfelter (Tanya) of Hanover; her grandchildren, Sara Kerns (Keith) of Jefferson and Ryan Gladfelter (Lyndsey) of Spring Grove; her great grandchildren, Jack of Jefferson, Will of Jefferson and Keira Kerns of Jefferson; her brothers, Gary Worley and James Worley (Lori); and her niece Anita Trojnar.
