It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcia Peters of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William English and Margery English (Marshall); and her husband Chester C. "Chet" Peters. She is survived by: her daughters, Cara Lynn Clabaugh of Uniontown, PA and Wendy Peters of Merritt Island, FL; her grandchildren, Zach Clabaugh (Marlee), Brady McConnell and Brooks McConnell; and her sister-in-law Janet L. Peters of Chambersburg, PA..
