He is survived by: his wife Norma Irene Sipling (Hurst); his daughters, Sandra Wickard, Jamie Palmer (Sheridan) and Lucinda Sipling; his siblings, Ruth Hockensmith, Gloria Soullaird and Harvey Sipling (Shirley); his grandchildren, Harrison Palmer, James Palmer, Autumn Frock and Braylyn Schlining; and his great grandchildren, Adalyn Schlining and Marcus Hill, IV.
