She was predeceased by: her parents, John Whitebread and Elizabeth Whitebread (Evans); her husband Ted A. Madoushek; and her siblings, Paul Whitebread and Ester J. Whitebread.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark W. Madoushek of Hanover, PA and Eric K. Madoushek (Cindy) of Spring Grove, PA; her grandchildren, Joy M. Sanderson (Mike), Randy A. Madoushek (Melissa) and Rachel L. Russell (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Paul Sanderson, Caleb Russell, Levi Russell, Olivia Russell, Ashton and Sophie Madoushek.
