Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lois Mae Neumann of Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 96, on March 26, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Walter Miller and Ella Florence Miller (Lippy); her husband Frederick Joseph Neumann; her daughter Constance Jean Wark; and her siblings, Evelyn Jeannette Nott, George Henry Miller, Charles Ivan Miller, Herbert Eugene Miller, Helen Dickens, Ethel Detter, Walter Miller, Jr., Pauline Roth, Louella Sanders and Ruthetta Redding.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Stem, Pam of Michigan, Rodney Stem, Nancy of North Carolina, Douglas Wark, Peg Custer of Hanover, PA, Cathy Wildasin (Wark), Mark of Hanover, PA, Linda Burns (Neumann) and Shawn Auriemma of New Oxford, PA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Millers United Methodist Church (3435 Warehime Rd, Manchester, MD 21102).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Lois may be made to The Good Samaritan Fund, The Brethren Home Foundation, 2990 Carlisle Pike, New Oxford, PA 17350.
