She was predeceased by: her parents, Warden Dale and Voida Tessiebell Stahl (Warnick); and her sister Saundra Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Cheri Quinlin (Rich) of Baltimore, MD, Kenneth Tarbart (Cindy) of Delta, PA, Jeffrey Tarbart (Arlene) of Baltimore, MD, Chris Tarbart (Joann) of Parkton, MD, Maureen Edelin (Greg) of Hanover, PA and Amy LeFevre of Hanover, PA; and her brother Craig Stahl. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and twenty-one great grandchildren.
