We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2023, at the age of 91, Leona Elizabeth Schmidt of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Beurrier (Witte) and Henry Beurrier; her husband Wesley A. Schmidt; her brothers, Henry Richard Beurrier and Donald Beurrier; her daughter Beverly Stewart (Schmidt); and her grandsons, Eric Mox and Joshua Hanscomb.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Mox (Schmidt), Della Anne Shuler (Schmidt) and Carl Schmidt; her children-in-law, Ronald Stewart, Sr., John Shuler and JoEllen Schmidt (Baumgartner); her grandchildren, Jason Mox, Ronald Stewart, Carolyn Shuler, Jeffrey Stewart, Julie Kavanaugh (Shuler), Jacob Hanscomb, Lauren Stewart, Christopher Shuler, Yvonne Burgess (Schmidt) and Nathaniel Shuler; and her sisters-in-law, Delores Beurrier and Elaine Beurrier. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
