She was predeceased by: her husband James A. Smith, Jr.; her parents, Alfred H. Freeman and Beatrice B. Freeman (Bittinger); and her sisters, Patricia Strausbaugh and Lois Groft.
She is survived by: her son James A. Smith, III (Diane Deal) of Hanover; her grandchildren, James A. Smith, IV (Jen) of New Freedom and Kyle M. Smith (Taylor) of Hanover; and her great grandchildren, Addie Smith, Isla and Killian Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Angels Senior Home Care, 104 Carlisle St #1, Hanover, PA 17331, in honor of the compassionate care Judith extended to her loved ones throughout her life.
