She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy M. Alwine and Nettie V. Riley Alwine Runk; her husband Richard F. Kale; and her daughters, Christine Eltz and Teresa Kroft.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Noel (Steven) of New Oxford, Victoria Hagarman (Richard) of Hanover and Michelle Smolko (Joseph) of Hanover; her grandchildren, Emily, Annie, Jessica, Jamie, Dustin, Jakob, Jodi, Logan, Nathan, Rebecca, Jon, Sarah and Adam; her siblings, Nevin S. Alwine and Holly C. Darhower (Ronald); and her son-in-law Shane Eltz. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
