He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Noel and Annie Noel (Lawrence); his wife Julia (Noel); and his brother Francis Noel. He is survived by: his children, William Noel (Gertrude) and Patricia Eckenrode (Thomas); his grandchildren, Brenda, Ken, Bernie, Dan, Chris and Teresa; his great grandchildren, Miranda, Shane, Jared, Keana, Cloe and Dominic; and his sister Rose Becker.
