It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Solomon of Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Karatzakislis; and his parents, Ruth Solomon and Gilbert Solomon. He is survived by: his former wife Carol Spangler-Solomon; his children, Charlene Solomon (Jim Donaghy), Alexandra Christiana (Phil Gold) and Joelle Solomon (Dale Davis); his son-in-law Johnny Karatzakislis; his sister Sondra Solomon; his former wife Wanda Solomon; his grandchildren, Ghia Karatzakislis, Jo-El Karatzakislis, Theo Karatzakislis (Kelly), Mackenzie Arcuri (Alex) and Anthony Christiana; and his great grandchildren, Kyra Burris, Arianna Burris, Annabella Ruth Stoddard, Max Karatzakislis, Julian Karatzakislis and Emma Karatzakislis.
