She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. DeGroft; her parents, Paul O'Kul and Mary O'Kul (Metelets); her sons, Alan, Tony and Dale DeGroft; and her sisters, Emma Humbert and Dorothy Brown.
She is survived by: her son Michael DeGroft (Karen); her grandchildren, Stephanie DeGroft, Tracey Henry, Zachary DeGroft, Taylor DeGroft and Tyler DeGroft; and her great grandchild Emily DeGroft.
