She was predeceased by: her spouse Dean J. Welty; her parents, James Conrad and Rosella Conrad (Staub); her granddaughter Maria Welty; and her brothers, Donald Conrad and Kenneth Conrad.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Welty (Betty), Christine Crouse (Dan), Kathleen Taylor (Scott), Caroline Eberle, David Welty, Teresa Plank (Mike), Elaine Caler (Rick) and Ann Welty (Carrie); and her siblings, Robert Conrad, Richard Conrad, Thomas Conrad, Michael Conrad, James Conrad, Angela Conrad and William Conrad. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
