He is survived by: his wife Vickie Benson; his sons, Jamie, Jerry Jr. (Jessica), Donald (Cortney Albaugh) and Jason (Danielle); and his grandchildren, Aubrey, Hailey, Peyton, Paige, Mason, Sophia, Rylynn, Jaxson, Gannon and Kensley.
