He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Fogelsanger and Martha Fogelsanger (Hartman). He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Fogelsanger; his children, Bonnie Schoffstall (Steve) and Dale Fogelsanger (Denise); his grandchildren, Ben Warfield, Blaine Warfield (Nikki), Andrea Potter (Chris), Ashley McFeaters (Tyler) and Amber Fogelsanger; his stepgranddaughters, Heather Green (Chad) and Jessica Long (Ed); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jenna, Camron and Tristan.
