James L. Zartman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2023, at the age of 87, James L. Zartman of Hanover, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert Zartman and Mabel Mummert Zartman; his wife Jeune R. Zartman; his grandson Joseph D. Smith; and his siblings, Donald Zartman and Constance Elicker.
He is survived by: his children, James A. Zartman (Annette) of Millsboro, DE, William J. Zartman of Bonneauville, Vicki L. Smith (Ike Staub) of New Oxford and Sandra E. Elliott (William) of Pennsville, NJ; and his brother Thomas Zartman of Monterrey, Mexico. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Harold H. Bair American Legion Post #14, 201 Carlisle Street, Hanover, PA 17331.
