He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Adams; his siblings, Chuck Adams (Sue) of Ohio, Willie Adams of Ohio, Libby Adams (Tom) of Florida, Lisa Hawthorne (Blaine) of West Virginia, Kelly Adams of Florida and Scotty Rogers (Cristi) of Wyoming; his stepdaughter Vicky Wolfe (Bobby) of Pennsylvania; and his close friends, Eric and Jodi Hufnagle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
