She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Johnson and Veronica Johnson (Sanders); her husbands, Ralph W. Kuhn and William P. Bethas; and her siblings, Robert B. Johnson, Phyllis J. Smith and Olivette Busbey.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda B. Moore of Hanover, PA; her grandchildren, David Luckenbaugh (Misty) of Gardendale, AL and Dr. Amy O'Keeffe (James) of Langhorne, PA.; her great grandchildren, Brittany Luckenbaugh and Joshua Halferty (Anna); and her great great grandchildren, Kyler Luckenbaugh, Lucy Halferty and Mia Halferty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
