She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shelton and Cora Shelton (Starner); her daughter-in-law Cathy Phillips; and her stepgrandson Zachary Link. She is survived by: her husband Robert J Phillips; her daughters, Brenda Smith (Pete) of Hanover and Tina Phillips; her grandchild Breanne Stewart of Smyrna, TN; and her sons, Robert J Phillips Jr. of Littlestown, Tony Phillips (Christine) of Glenville, PA, Rick Phillips (Robin) and Terry Phillips (Beth) of Hanover. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
