He was predeceased by: his parents, Hauer Kenneth Spicknall, Sr. and Iris Virginia Spicknall. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Lynn Fadely of Reisterstown, MD and David Spicknall of New Oxford, PA; and his half-sister Joys MacLaurin of Salem, OR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (934 S Main St, Hampstead, MD 21074).
