He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Bair and Mildred Bair (Luckenbaugh); and his siblings, Shirley Masimore, Johnny Bair, Mildred Bair, Jr., Thomas Bair and Joseph Bair.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jean (Hyser); his children, Jennifer Lynn Myers of Hanover, Harold William Bair, Jr. (Katie) of Hanover, Amanda Beth McKinney (Hollis, Jr.) of Thomasville and Bradley Aaron Bair of Hanover; and his brothers, Richard Bair, Jr., Robert Bair and Mike Bair, Sr. of Hanover. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Harold's name to the American Cancer Society.
