He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover C. Hoover and Minnie Hoover (Becker); his son Todd; and also Todd D. Hoover. He is survived by: his children, Martin G. Hoover (Rita) of York and Patty A. Wolf (Brad) of Littlestown; his daughter-in-law Barb Hoover (Glenn); and his grandchildren, Josh M. Hoover (Holly Reaves) of York, Megan Fatland (Travis) of Dover, Jessica M. Runk (Tracy Prince) of Spring Grove, Nathan D. Runk (Jessica) of Hanover and Ethan D. Hoover of New Oxford. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren as well as many loving nieces, nephews.
