He is survived by: his wife Caroline Ruth Slabowski (O'Reilly); his children, Sarah Van Zandt (Nathan) of Oley, PA, Melissa Slabowski of Savage, MD, Thomas Slabowski (Steven Mizrahi) of New York, NY and Karen Hughes (Nathan) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Josie, Eliza, Autumn and Austin; and his siblings, Elizabeth Rahne (Slabowski) and Joseph Slabowski.
