It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved George J. Neubauer Jr. of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 55, on June 18, 2024. Though George may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those George touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George J. Neubauer Sr. and Mary A. Neubauer (Amspacker). He is survived by : his daughter Miranda H. Powers (Christopher) of New Oxford; and his siblings, Mary A. Neubauer of Monroeville and Jonathan A. Neubauer of Manchester, MD. He is also survived by many aunts, uncle and cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
