He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Neubauer Sr. and Mary A. Neubauer (Amspacker). He is survived by: his daughter Miranda H. Powers (Christopher) of New Oxford; and his siblings, Mary A. Neubauer of Monroeville and Jonathan A. Neubauer of Manchester, MD. He is also survived by many aunts, uncle and cousins.
