Ness Jr. (Robert Palacios) of Austin, TX, Jo Ann Ness of York, PA, Troy A. Bartol of Manchester, MD, James E. Ness of Manchester, MD, Scott D. Bartol of Manchester, MD and Penny R. Wilson (Edward Wilson) of Hampstead, MD.; his grandchildren, Keith, Kevin, Alex, Jena and Jillian; and his great grandchildren, Zak and Camden.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
