He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W., II and Virginia Swayze (Mushert); his son Frank Wilson Swayze IV; and his sister Joan Troy. He is survived by: his girlfriend Susan E. Potter (Little); his son Patrick W. Swayze of York, PA; and his sisters, Carol Fell and Lynn Dolly.
