He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar James and Bessie Cornelia Morris Burke; his wife Augusta Ida Burke; his daughter Yvonne Marie Allender; his daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Burke; his grandson Brian C. Burke; and his brother Edgar J. Burke.
He is survived by: his children, Frank C. Burke of Frederick, MD and Bridget Ann Zombro (Charles) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Bethany, Jason and Allie; and his great grandchildren, Danielle, Mackenzie and Gemma.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, funeral services and interment are private.
