He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Joseph and Marie Anna Hevey (Smith); and his wife Betty Ann Hevey (Robertson). He is survived by: his son John S.; his daughter-in-law Jean G. Hevey; his daughter Sally A.; his son-in-law Wess Breeden; his children, William A. Hevey and Mary Griffin; and his grandchildren, Stacey Caprinolo, Christina Armstrong, Nicholas Caprinolo, David Hevey, Julie Snyder David Shamer and William Hevey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Frank's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
