He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Spurrier (Peregoy) and Everly E. Spurrier, Sr.; and his spouse Shirley Spurrier. He is survived by: his daughter Christine Albright (Jacob); and his sisters, Debbie Goodwin and Phyllis Shupe. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
